It's cause she didn't want to live anymore, jeez. Don't you listen?
@FullMetalAlcoholist, well if you think about it which will ruin your life more? Having kids or being limbless and burned? Of coarse she didn't want to live. Jk
@FullMetalAlcoholist, only to the first ten comments.
@FullMetalAlcoholist, AAAACTUAALLLY there's a fan theory out there that the emperor siphoned her life force to keep anakin alive. It's a really good theory, because it explains how the droids didn't know what was happening to her, because droids don't have an understanding of the force, they can't feel it like people can. It also explains how emperor palpatine just somehow knew she was dead at the end of vaders surgery
@TheWafflingDead, this is the correct answer. It's not a theory, it's what we are supposed to infer.
Am I the only one who feels like it useless to comment on a picture if there is more than 10 comments on it. I feel like my comments won't be seen
@kermit the hermit, I've gotten top on some that have 10+. It's when it gets into the 20s that you have no chance
@kermit the hermit, I would say if they pic is over 45 mins old, I wouldn't waste my time.
@Lord Commander Snow, you're cute. Call me when you check your activity and find out you got top comment on a pic you found in random.
@kermit the hermit, I'm with ya on that
I guess those babies came out with too much force.
Nurse she's sad! Code blue!
@I Are Lebo, get me a box of kittens stat!!
@FunnierThanThou, and ice cream!!
Clearly the dark side has better medical care.
@Mr Roboto Tits, but it is performance based, you make one mistake and you are force "euthanized"
Fools, she died of a BROKEN HEART you can't fix that only true love can fix that read up
@TheLazyOne, Actually someone debunked that theory. They stated that Sideous like-... Saps her life force to feed Anakin. It's a fascinatingly well thought out thing. You should look it up cause I can't explain it. XD
So for days I've been wondering why I haven't been getting any updates and it's always the same pictures but in a different order, and then I realised I was in the popular section the whole time *facepalm*
"Cookies" is really slang for "health care"
OK, I'm curious now. I shjt you not isn't commenting or on any of the leaderboards anymore. Think he deleted his account for some reason?
You'd think with their level of technology childbirth would be easy to handle
@Dragondoot, I had a child and complications from his birth have caused me to almost die 3 times. My health is so poor I lost a career in medicine and now can't do basic things like bend over to pick up multiple items. Yeah. Having babies can be EXTREMELY dangerous and takes a huge toll on a woman's body- no matter the technology involved!
@SchroedingerPussPuss, so if you are in your house and off electronics - you are a realistic Schroedinger's cat. I bow on your choice of User name. I have but one upvote to show, but hope tech finds a way to bring something back for you.
@SchroedingerPussPuss, im so sorry to hear that :(
Hello family! I just did the new update (android) I've been avoiding it. While I like that GIFs play automatically I do not like the new interface :/ anyone know how to go back?
@notMrWonka, there is no going back
@notMrWonka, You can revert back to a previous version of the app if you have a backup of the older version saved.
She died of a broken heart, the joke isn't funny if you understand the movie
The force was takin from her that's why she died
He was also the most powerful Jedi in existence
@Sexy Homunculus, yet defeated by Obi-wan and his son. Also failed to sense he had his own daughter in custody.
@KMN, he was defeated because he was older and mostly machine by then, which he had never completely gotten used to. Leia didn't know she was his daughter, and Anakin had always thought his children died with Padme. Even if he did read her mind that wouldn't have come up
@Sexy Homunculus, Leia / Luke did not know their relationship but could feel it. Anakin was at his strongest when Obi-wan beat him. Luke had a fraction of the training, a few months vs 10+ years? For me he was an under-acheiver.
@KMN, it's very true that Anakin was strong, but he was blinded by his emotions and couldn't think properly. That's why even when Obi-Wan warned him ("It's over Anakin. I have the higher ground") he still went for it, and it ended up costing him his limbs. And when he fought Luke in Return of the Jedi he began to feel conflicted as Luke persuaded him to leave the dark side, again distracting him from focusing properly. Luke and Leia didn't even know they were siblings until he figured it out and told her. Sure, they may have had a connection, but until he brought it up they were basically just close comrades. Even Vader wasn't aware of it until he fought Luke on the new Death Star and read Luke's mind
@Sexy Homunculus, he told Luke the movie before they fought on the new death star. He was aware as Luke was being trained, as Luke himself was becoming aware when he saw himself/Vader in the cut off head. Luke realized as soon as he was aware of a sister. Anakin's hate was supposed to make him strong but he never owned Obi-wan in that fight like he should have. He was losing before he took the risk - and the high ground was defeated by Obi-wan over Maul. He never even achieved the power of Dooku. 20 years as ol' chokey and he still didn't have force lightning.
@KMN, he told Luke after he found out from his discussion with the Emperor via hologram on the Super Star Destroyer (in the 2004 DVD edition release he asks the Emperor "how is that possible?" when the Emperor tells him Luke is a Skywalker"). The thing about Luke seeing himself in the Vader vision wasn't because they were family; it was a reflection of Luke's shortcomings. Yoda told Luke "Your weapons, you will not need them", but Luke was still afraid, and since Vader was basically a representation of the challenges Luke had to defeat and overcome his fear caused him to experience that vision, as well as show him what would happen if he didn't kill his fear. Luke had no idea Vader was his father until Vader told him, and even then he didn't fully believe it until Yoda confirmed it in Return of the Jedi. Concerning Obi Wan and Darth Maul it looked like Darth Maul was so overcome with shock he couldn't respond in time, at least that's the impression I got looking at his facial reaction
@Sexy Homunculus, the face in the mask was his sense of what it would mean to kill Vader, he did not KNOW he was his father at that moment - but his Jedi senses told him that killing Vader was personal to him and laid the seeds for not wanting to kill him. Shock is a weapon of any good warrier, the high ground is just an advantage not a certainty, if he was meeting his potential he had many ways to use the force to distract Obi-wan. He failed in a similar situation to where Obi-wan succeeded.
"the face in the mask..." Well I guess that's your interpretation because what I said in my previous comment was basically how I saw it. Anyway, I guess Obi-Wan learned a lot from his fight with Darth Maul, and that experience allowed him to defeat General Grievous, Anakin and many other foes.
It's because anakin wasn't there to help her push.. With the Force!
