Ten minutes into Netflix & Cheetos and you have to listen to this crap.
@lockke, I hate when that happens
@lockke, this was just so wtf I had to upvote
I'm annoyed by the "if" after exercise
@Bullshjt man, what do you expect from Facebook material
@Bullshjt man, just gotta read it like mike tython
@Bullshjt man, PROOFREADING is the most underused literary tool. Why?
@Bullshjt man, I'm annoyed by "underutilized"
@CHEisme, proofreading if*
Food isn't abused, it's loved by all so we keep it protected inside our bodies
Yeah, because if you're truly depressed, hey, just go for a run and you'll magically feel better! Of course it Can help, but I hate it when people treat it like the ultimate cure for Depression.
@Z0mbieP0ny, it can get your mind off things for a while, but that's about it.
@Z0mbieP0ny, I do feel better when I run, but it's only temporary. So I get what you're saying
Food good. Exercise bad.
The reason most people don't like exercise is because they are out of shape. The first couple weeks of working out are the worst. Since your body doesn't have the muscles to do those particular movements well, it hurts like a mofo after a short while. But after doing it a few times, your body accumulates enough muscle to where you can actually do a full workout without feeling like a total bruise. For your first few weeks back, I recommend purposefully doing less than you know you can, with a little more every time, until you get in shape. If after you workout you are particularly sore, take a recovery day so your muscles have time to grow back. You can only build so much of a muscle at a time; working out past that is detrimental. You'll get there in only a couple weeks, maybe a month if you are hella weak, and you can ease yourself into a routine and work on your technique so you don't kill yourself with the bench.
@Hermaeus Mora, Thank goodness I'm not the only one
One is easily purchased and enjoyable to consume, the other is difficult and requires dedication. No fücking wonder we eat more than we exercise.
Anxiety and depression are two different conditions...
Mistakes aside, this it true
I don't exercise because I have severe anxiety and I can't walk around the block without waiting on the edge of my seat for someone to kill me. I know it sounds dumb, it sounds dumb to me but it's aggravating to feel that way.
When did we lose the ability to proof read
Because: Beer Exercise
Kylo ren is that you?
I exercise to lower anxiety
Idiots saying idiot things because they're idiots. (Maybe I mean the picture, maybe I mean you guys, no one knows for sure except me)
( - _ - ) you gonna eat that pathway?
You only disagree with this of you don't know any better. The phrase, "don't knock it until you try it" is very accurate. I used to have alot of mental problems, but I corrected them by taking care of my body.
I just feel worse after exercise because it reminds me how weak I am. What a paradox
This is true.. but I fail to see the funny
Needs weeding annoying if!
Again with the Facebook
Because exercise takes too much time and food makes a better short term happy
Yeah but food doesn't make me double over because my lungs are screaming in pain.
Grammar if often not used good.
I don't get it
I think cancer is pretty bad myself. But what do I know, I'm a robot
Because one is great the other hurts like sh!t
@The Pun Shielder, if it hurts so much, lay off the hot sauce... hahahaha. Jk... I absolutely hate working out..
I don't think most food can be considered a drug.
