@Bernard Sanders, definitely one of my favorite comments hahaha
@Bernard Sanders, I saw this somewhere else first.
@Bernard Sanders, Holy crap that's clevef
@Bernard Sanders, probably one of the funniest comments I've ever read. you certainly deserve my up vote and top comment
@Bernard Sanders, that's actually pretty clever and I haven't heard until now
@Bernard Sanders, this joke was on the jimmy Fallon show 2 nights ago
@Bernard Sanders, at least give the comedian credit for that joke... 😑
@FoodieAsFuk, I think it was mentioned first on Jimmy Fallon although I saw it multiple times on twitter first
@Bernard Sanders, you deserve all the upvotes
@Bernard Sanders, lol you think that criminals going to win yiur delusional.
Who here is American and not ready for this
@Calo Nord, I'm a soldier and believe me when I say I DO NOT want her as my commander in chief.
@Dr Rip Studwell, and you prefer trump?
@Pikachusmother, trump... is possibly........................................................... the wordt candidate ever.
@BaconInvader, well if America wasn't so dedicated and split by the two parties, we would be smart and elect a 3rd party candidate so we won't have to let either of them in office.
@HonestAbe, I absolutely agree
@Calo Nord, I had more fun ripping my voter registration and throwing it in the garage
@Dr Rip Studwell, Those in the military have a right to disobey the Commander in Chief if the orders are unconstitutional, Hitlerish, ETC. An old Air Force guy(blanking on the name) talked about when he was interviewed and asked about Trump's military plan.
@Pikachusmother, I would take trump over Hillary any day. The fact that she denied my brothers the support they needed in Benghazi is enough. But hey, if Sanders can somehow beat Hillary, then I'll have a better picking to choose from. But I do not want that fascist, lying, scumbag of women as my president.
@Dr Rip Studwell, THANK YOU!
@Dr Rip Studwell, she isn't even the first one to run
@MyLonewolf25, had to be said. Was getting sick and tired of people saying how Hillary is an honest and caring person. It's all bullshjt.
@MyLonewolf25, and while I dislike all the choices I'd rather Bernie than the other two flip flops
@Dr Rip Studwell, and the media keeps acting like he's our when he's no where near close to being put and has the popular vote and the gop isn't stupid enough to cause riots
@Dr Rip Studwell, I am a Soldier, and believe me when I say she is far more qualified than Trump. I do not want a racist commander-in-chief, and I do not want to be branded as the military enforcement arm of a fascist government
@abecedarian, as much as I respect you for being a Soldier I have to disagree with you. Nothing wrong with your opinion. I just can't stand how the media is portraying Hillary as a classy lady who has done nothing wrong. Don't get me wrong, trump is a racist, and the shjt he is proposing to do will never be passed, but I don't even want to think of what Hillary will do.
@abecedarian, agree with you on that one brother.
@Dr Rip Studwell, I agree she is far from perfect. Unfortunately we have no good choices, unless a decent third party candidate appears. But given the available choices, I choose the lesser loser.
@Calo Nord, I'm Canadian and I'm not ready for this
@HonestAbe, we are, the independent party is actively trying to find a decent candidate. I don't remember who all they asked but a lot of previous Democrat and Republican candidates from the past who were half decent are being asked to take the spot
As someone who isn't American, let me just say that I can't wait for this election to be over so I can stop hearing about it
@Daynste, as an American, I completely agree with you.
@big freedom, as a human, I agree with both of you.
@Devils Avocado, as an apache helicopter, I'm offended by all of you
@MrJojo, as a tri gendered fish noodle i need you to check your privilege
Except she hasn't? People need to stop acting like she already beat Bernie, that only helps her out.
@Davrial, Bernie still in it because he knows Hillary can still get indicted for her email scandal.
@Davrial, either she gets the nomination, or in the convention delegates can go against the popular vote (not gonna happen, superdelegates go with the popular vote)
@whirligig1at6, Except the popular vote is literally Bernie and there be literal riots if he doesn't win just because the delegates choose the wrong person, even politicians know that
@Davrial, err no, thats just factually incorrect. Clinton has the popular vote. More people voted for her than Sanders. So it would be unfair for him to be the nominee.
@Davrial, the fact that many Sanders supporters won't be happy, or incite violence is not a reason to go against the popular vote. Sanders has talked a lot about how unfair this process is, and it strikes me as odd that his supporters want to go against the popular vote, which would be the fair way to choose a nominee
@Davrial, people are not acting like she beat him. She actually beat him. No acting. Actuality.
@abecedarian, No because there are still decisions to be made and some states may need a recount
@whirligig1at6, popular vote means nothing. EC has voted against popular vote 3 times already. Bush was president and didn't get the popular vote, and people were pissed. No one roited. Americans don't care enough about politics to riot.
@Star Wars Qoutes , is that an argument for nominatng Sanders despite the fact that less people voted for him? Are you arguing that it is fair for someone to be nominated or elected despite not having the popular vote?
@whirligig1at6, No. That second part was addressed to Davrial. All I'm saying is that we've had three presidents that didn't win popular vote.
@Star Wars Qoutes , im just trying to understand what, if any, argument is being made when you bring up that point. do you see that as fair, or unfair?
@whirligig1at6, I'm not trying to argue a position. Only saying that it has happened three times before. And that if it does happen again, there won't be an riots
@Star Wars Qoutes , though we are dealing with primary elections not a general election, which work differently. In other words you can't reference general election results and the EC and connect that to the dem. primaries with delegates and superdelegates, nor the GOP primaries with winner-take-all states. No two of those can be connected by the fact that they are all elections, in order to make assertions/ predictions/arguements.
@Star Wars Qoutes , also there is an argument you are making: In the past the EC has gone against the popular vote and there werent riots...Therefore "if it does happen again, there wont be riots". The problem is that the "it" you are using does not match to the EC going against the popular vote, so you can't logically draw the conclution.
@whirligig1at6, Bernie actually has more popular vote, if you're looking at the general election- Clinton has more now because of closed primaries where independents aren't allowed to vote- which is stupid because they are often the deciding factor in states
I wish people would understand that your town government will actually impact you more than our president. Chances are that every day life won't really change for anyone and we'll all just be complaining again 4 years from now
@PickUpDaSope, Increased taxes, forcing people into certain services (i.e. healthcare), amnesty for illegals, etc. Impact most of us everyday. Some more than others.
The picture is correct though. Neither is ideal.
@PickUpDaSope, it should be that we. But all of the other branches (including local and state governments) have been abdicating their power to the executive branch. We seem to prefer a king/queen.
So can you Americans vote for none of the above if you don't like your choices?
@random09, easier than that... we just don't fill in the bubble... or you can write in someone, but if they haven't completed the process to be a valid candidate , they are ineligible even if they had the most votes.
That being said, I may vote for Doge...
@random09, so is there a re-election with different candidates if most of you don't fill in the bubbles?
@random09, vote 3rd party. Even if you know they won't win. Keep the pressure on to actually give the rest of us a candidate.
@random09, yea but doing so would be a vote in favor for the opposing party
@random09, vote Gary Johnson , he's 11% and climbing
@random09, not voting is basically voting for clintion actually so its better to vote and keep her out. She should be locked up not running for president
@random09, no. You either vote for one on the ballet. Don't vote. Or fill in a name, which is the same as not voting.
Are you implying that Bernie is any better?
@4Chan Ambassador , Sanders is many multitudes worse.
The current president is a joke, so why not keep it going.
Well hopefully there's an asteroid aiming right at two idiotic sorry excuse for a human male and female. Heck I'd rather vote for the asteroid than these imbeciles.
I say revolution
Donald Trump will at least buy us dinner first...
Yea, like the other guy was a better choice. But that doesn't matter. It's the same bull every 8yrs anyways.
Yeah we're f*ck*d.
@MadJac, yup. Either by the Donald and his self proclaimed yuuuuge dong or Hillary with a strap on...
Well time to kill myself
Long time in the making
