Attention people of the night shift, just finished my first make out session ever!!! Now I'm sitting on the toilet cause I think I got major blue balls.😬
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, Night shift?
@The Lord of the shjt, when it turns night and all the weirdos start showing up.
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, If you're feeling the heat, just beat your meat
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, congrats, man!
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, wow... I'm too old for this app 😑
@Crazy Nomad, #bestcomments
@ThaSmoothieKing, I feel ancient. 😔
@SCBeauty, *leads 3rd grade class field trip*
And here kids, we see a beautifully preserved specimen of the "SCBeautysaurus", who roamed the planet during the blockbuster age, whose ancient ruins can still be found
@Kangaroo Jacked, I... I don't know how I feel about this. I've never been a dinosaur before.
But for real, Blockbuster used to be the shjt back in the day.
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, your name is a lie. :)
@SCBeauty, it really was. I remember being a kid and my dad would take me and my two younger brothers there every Friday on our way home from his job and we'd pick out a movie to watch as a family. The experience of going to a video rental store was pretty cool and there's a lot of great memories there. That said, I'd still probably use Netflix and Prime 80% of the time, even if there was a movie rental place around here
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, Dude I reckon, first time you do it gives you blue balls so badly.
@SCBeauty, right? My favorite game to rent was star ears bounty hunters
@Killing instincts , Dude, I still have that game. I need to plug in the ol Game Cube again and play that and Metroid Prime again.
@SCBeauty, I honestly can't remember the last time I went into a Blockbuster, but I enjoyed it. I especially liked how they sold candy too.
@Agent New Mexico, YESSS! While you were waiting in line with the thick plastic VHS movie box of your choice, you could peruse the concession stand candies/popcorn.
@SCBeauty, And the crushing disappointment when you brought gummy ice cream cones to your parents and they tell you no. It's either the candy or Land Before Time.
@SCBeauty, I just looked at a comment saying he kissed a girl for the first time... 3rd graders have this app?! 😑
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, Better go to talk to the Bishop then lol
@Velocitaptor, I didn't fap so I'm good.... I think.
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, if it makes you feel better I got my first pair of blue balls on my mission because this girl was being too flirty with me
@Velocitaptor, jeez, what did you consider flirting, was she trying to give you a lap dance? Where did you serve?
Los Angeles 2013-2015
Haha no nothing like that. Nothing ended up happening thankgoodness but I did go back after I returned honorably from the mish and made out with her. It was worth it.
@Velocitaptor, nice, I just got back from Boston a couple months ago.
@OnlyUtahKidOnFp, "very nice" -borat accent
@ThaSmoothieKing, join the club, we have t-shirts.
Ladies and gentleman of the funny pics community, I have watched this community throughout the last 10 years. I witnessed firsthand Jamals exploits to the store. I watched the rise and fall of MACWE and Invalid Chicken. I dug through the random section in search of the long lost 1st upload for years long before finding pic ID. And I have watched the reign of I shjt you not now. For 10 years I've watched. 13 years old to now 23. Silent for all these years. Watching. Archiving. And laughing with you all. Hears to another 10 years funny pics community!
@the 10 year lurker, I came here only 4 months ago
@The Lord of the shjt, Get out of these hallowed halls. But welcome, youngling
@the 10 year lurker, I got to be there during all the greats as well. *raises glass with a tear dripping from my face,* "Funny Pics!"
@the 10 year lurker, here's... good lord. First comment ever and I blow it.
@the 10 year lurker, i joined at 16 now im 23. Cheers bro!
@the 10 year lurker, brooooo literally me too. But do you have any kids yet?
@Quoth the Revan, no young longs. They, and the world I live in is terrifying.
@the 10 year lurker, woot! I win. 3 pts for me :P
@the 10 year lurker, @the 10 year lurker, I can't remember exactly when I came here, the nearest I can remember is 8 years ago. I created my account to my suprise 2 years ago, oh how time flies, but have never really identified with the community. Maybe I'm just weird and reclusive.
@the 10 year lurker, also been here for around 10 years, was fun. Here's for the next 10 my friend
@the 10 year lurker, do less, find something else to get worked up about
Sorry I'm 'Merican. Gotta have it MM/DD/YYYY. But I see why that's weird as s*** though....
@ A Sad Blow Job, here here. Stars and stripes forever!
@ A Sad Blow Job, can't America use just one normal system of measurement?
@YUNoJump, they cant they are the hippsters of the world
@ A Sad Blow Job, Canadian here, in my head it makes sense to go day month year but when I talk I say January 20th 2017. not 20th January 2017
@ A Sad Blow Job, it actually comes from speech, in america we would say january 23, 2017, so that is how the format developed. In many european languages they would say the 23rd of january, 2017, so that format developed
@YUNoJump, for computers it should be YYYY-MM-DD that way the files organize into chronological order automatically (see ISO-8601)
@Honaw Fierceclaw, true but these days the system can just arrange files by date automatically anyway, unless you're building your own basic sorting system for fun and haven't added bells and whistles yet it's not a problem.
@YUNoJump, true, but if you add the date to the frot of the file name, you get time and alphabet sorting -]
Not always that important, but we use it at work for consistency
I know it's a bit weird, but I use YYYY-MM-DD. That way, if files need to be sorted by date, you can sort by name and they sort perfectly every time.
@BigGoodWolf, that's actually quite logical. I might use that.
@BigGoodWolf, I would say that's how most of the world uses it..
@BigGoodWolf, I do the same with my stuff and at work (its based off ISO-8601, that way you can tell people and sound official -] )
@BigGoodWolf, it's also unambiguous (hence the ISO standard)
But America uses MM/DD/YYYY
