A tourist couple is visiting the USSR one day when they're hit with precipitation. The husband says, "My dear, I believe it's raining." She replies that it must be snowing, as it's too cold to rain. The look across the street and ask a very polite policeman: "Yes, Officer..." he looks at his name tag. "Officer Rudolph, is it raining or snowing?" The policeman checks, and he says it's definitely raining. "See? Rudolph the red knows rain, dear."
