So anyone else notice Rob was in Guardians of the Galaxy 2.
Rob Zombie is a legend
@Lennyface, his wife is my wife's cousin. (my mother in laws best friend)
Fvck these guys. It's a different type of metal they pioneered. Even if you don't like it, they deserve respect for such artwork. And fyi, they fvcking rock!
@mrstirfry99, my cousin's brother in law's gardener's son's teacher's pharmacist works around the corner from me.
No one can destroy The Metal
The Metal will take you down with a vicious blow
@Bow To Your Senpai, Tenacious D reference? Have all the upvotes.
@Bow To Your Senpai, we are the vanquished foes of The Metal
We tries to win for whu we do not know
Babymetal is pretty awesome lol
@Shiina Tamai, I've only heard one song by them (i think it was called "chocolate" or something) but it was pretty good
@Tyrellious, Gimme Chocolate was their first video i saw and it got me hooked. After hearing their other songs, it seems kinda cheesy now. But my favorites of theirs are Road to Resistance, Megitsune, and Syncopation. Those are a bit more "traditional" in their song structure and are all super good
@Shiina Tamai, yeah they are pretty awesome. It's good to like all kinds of music...Zombie knows the deal.
@Unique Username 2, yah, megitsune and road to resistance are my 2 favorites. Haven't heard any of their newest songs yet
@Shiina Tamai, I sas them open for rhcp. It was quite the experiencem
@TheseArentHockeyPads, so lucky XD
@Jeffyg3, To say they aren't metal is to not actually listen to the band playing the music as they sing. It's a jpop metal mix. I like Baby Metal. All of their songs.
And to complain about the lyrics not being metal is to forget that metal isn't just singing about death. And this was told to me by a guy I work with who is a big metal head. Mentioned something about an old song with someone singing about Cap'n Crunch.
Honestly, while their music isn't really for me I respect the hell out of anyone who can go on tour and sing in front of thousands. I can't do it in front of a couple hundred without looking like a fool. :(
Nintendo endorsed them officially and made/were going to make a game about them (in Japan only though)
@Talon Claw, there's a show being made too.
Savage Zombie? Rob Savage? I don't know
On another note, Babymetal does have some pretty good hits for everyone. If you're a big time metal fan, songs like Karate, Headbanger!, and Gj! are pretty good ones to start with I think.
Edit- Megitsune is also a really good one.
@Chunkybear40, don't forget about road of resistance.
@CoJo12, oh yeah, that's a really good one!
@Chunkybear40, You just have to remind yourself that those thoughts are only legal if you're watching a recent video.
I think it's pretty metal if your music makes people want to kill things after listening to it.
They're nice kids kont
I've never really listened to either before, but I respect Rob Zombie for this.
@DamienSaint , no he just doesn't care about your existence
These losers wish they could play just even 20% of the crowd these girls collect.
One thing Rob Zombie does better than anyone: give exactly zero f*cks!
On a slightly related note, who here is going to Rock on the Range this weekend? Doors just opened for day 1!
